The Challenge – A New Web Design in Sittingbourne

On Target MultiSports – an already well established business providing after school and holiday activities for children in primary schools not ony required a website re-design but also a way to take one-off and term payment for sessions. Their current method of taking payment wasn’t working for them and were looking for a short and long term solution. The owner also required an online calendar displaying all upcoming (clickable) events that would link to purchasing “tickets” for each session.

The Solution – More than a design; a payment process.

Once the new web design was agreed, we created a new e-commerce store twinned with an Events Calendar, a ticketing system and the ability to check in each participant to the after schools sessions. We also linked the brands very popular Facebook Page to the site including some of the great reviews from parents.

The Web Design and ticketing system held equal importance

Every step of the transaction process was carefully thought through, not only to capture all the data required, but to also ensure that a record of each transaction could be checked to ensure payments had been received prior to each event.

Re-built and Re-Launched

OnTargets new website is a platform to advertise to parents all the upcoming events in the Sittingbourne, Medway and Sheppey areas.

Adverts in the Footer

On each page of the website there are ads running, advertising local businesses. Again this runs on tablets and smartphones.



The New System comes with E-mail Confirmation

After each step of the process, the parent is informed as to the status of their booking and then once they have paid the system sends them an e-mail to confirm what they have ordered. In the administrative section of the website, the owner (or deputy) can check and confirm payment has been received.

The site also display the latest tweets, reviews, news and updates from the social media sites Twitter and Facebook


